Hi, lovelies! What’s your favourite form of exercise? I’m no personal trainer but here’s something I learnt from a talk by @aliceliveing on what exercise you should be doing...yes it’s important to get your heart pumping and your skin glistening a few times a week 😅 but for long-term, sustainable health and happiness the best thing to do is whatever it is that YOU personally enjoy...for me that’s yoga, free weights, cross trainer, horse riding and skiing...for you it could be cycling, boxing, roller blading or swimming. There’s no point taking up something you really don’t enjoy just because someone who has a body you envy does it, as it will only make exercise something you dread and will become hard to maintain. Instead, do more of whatever makes YOU happy and ‘live your best life’, yo. 🤣🙌🏽💗 That way you’ll be able to keep it up and have a much better experience. 💪🏼⛷🧘🏼♀️🏊🏽♂️🏇🏼🤾🏼♀️🏋🏿♂️ So, what IS your favourite exercise?
