The Brothers Buoy
Content featuring @greenhookgin
Good morning party people. Our favorite holiday of the week has arrived once again, and celebration is the name of the game. That's right, we're talking #thirstythursday and we get things started before work if you know what we mean. Hopefully you do, it's pretty obvious. Guys. Is there anything quite so delicious as the gin and tonic? It's been the official drink of summer since they invented limes back in 1983 (gin had no purpose for a while there). It's scientifically proven that these two liquids go together better than pancakes and syrup because they cancel each other's bitter flavors at the molecular level, leaving you with nothing but sweet summertime refreshment and the confidence to finally plant a smooch on your summer crush. It's a staple at One Buoy Circle, and we prefer to make 'em with our hometown favorite, @greenhookgin. You guys all know at this point that we love our neighborhood, and like to big ups it whenever we can. This really is some of the best gin around and it's made right down the street, so we are honestly thrilled to support them. Do yourself a favor and check our our G&T recipe that's sure to delight you. Take one part Greenhook Gin, two parts tonic, juice from half a lime and some lime slices. Mix in a high ball glass with ice. Add rooftop, shades and a playlist of hits from 1997 to taste. Enjoy.
